Andrew Musico, a Houston-born Filipino and karaoke enthusiast, has over 16 years of experience in the restaurant and catering industries in both the front and back of house. As a chef, he has extensive experience and knowledge in both baking and savory. Constantly interested in all cuisines and techniques, Chef Andrew had trouble deciding what kind of restaurant he would originally open. But at the risk of offending his mother, a very talented Filipina cook herself, he decided on focusing on Filipino and Filipino inspired cuisine.
As a Filipino, Chef Andrew wants to help bring Filipino food into the culinary spotlight. As a Texan, he wants it to include beef and grilled meats.
